Eight locations of PIRAMK have a library offering the following services:

Intranet and IT Support

PIRAMK’s intranet is available at https://intranet.piramk.fi/

In the intranet, students can find links to essential IT services like their e-mail, WinhaWille, electronic bulletin board, phone directory, the Moodle learning interface and the PIRAMK library system.

The IT support personnel will create the user codes and passwords to e-mail and PIRAMK network for the new students and assist if any problems occur. Through the network, students gain access to a personal folder on the PIRAMK server and the possibility to print from the network.

Helpdesk

Helpdesk of PIRAMK offers help in problems related to data network of PIRAMK.

Helpdesk can be contacted by filling the backup request form in the intranet.
