Study Offices

You can turn to study office for almost any study-related matter. For example, the study secretaries take care the guidance of student benefits, student admissions matters, transcript of records, degree certificates and study certificates.

You can pick up from the study office:

• Study certificates
• Certificates which allows students to get the discounts from VR, Matkahuolto and Tampere Public Transport
• Student financial aid application forms
• Student financial aid application forms concerning international student exchange
• Application form for credit transfer of the former studies
• Transcript of records
• Application form for the degree certificate
• Resignation form which also will be returned to the study office
• Other current material and information related to studying
• Change of name or address should be always informed to study office with a specific form

If students decide to resign from PIRAMK, they should first discuss the matter with their tutor teacher and/or the study counsellor and then submit a WRITTEN resignation to the study office.
