When applying for student exchange at PIRAMK University of Applied Sciences, students must first contact their own institution’s ECTS coordinator or international office to make sure that they are eligible and that their university has a valid student exchange agreement with PIRAMK University of Applied Sciences.

The departmental ECTS coordinators accept the incoming exchange students by signing the ECTS Learning Agreement, which will then be returned (as a scanned copy) to the student and to the sending institution. The international office will send the student an information package with an acceptance letter after the ECTS Learning Agreement has been approved.
The international coordinators are responsible for putting together the international students’ study programmes. NB!The exchange has not been confirmed until the accepted learning agreement has been sent to the student!
